Completion Time or Lead Time

In shop time depends on several factors. Size of job, type of job, material type, and condition of material are all taken into consideration. You will be given an Estimated Time to complete. Although we strive to meet given lead times, it is still an estimate. We do not guarantee completion dates, especially on restoration projects.

Disassembly Prior to Shipping

It is the customers' responsibility to disassemble parts prior to shipping to us. It is important that all bearings, seals, rings, pistons, etc. be removed. Please clean parts prior to shipping, but DO NOT attempt to polish, grind, or blast parts.

Damaged Parts

Parts received damaged, in any way, will be returned unprocessed. The only exception would be if we receive written authorization to proceed.

Warranty

We offer a 1-year limited warrantee on our plating, covering blistering, peeling, and corrosion. Warrantee only covers reprocessing of parts. Notify us in advance of sending warrantee work. Warrantee does not apply to mishandling, abuse, or misuse. We will not pay for costs associated with disassembly or re-assembly of warranty parts.
